Welcome to Koh Samui Experiences! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your booking and participation in our activities and tours. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment

  1. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your activity or tour.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods specified on our website or during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the activity’s start time for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours:

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the activity’s start time, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, you may:
    1. Reschedule: Change the date and/or start time of your activity (subject to availability).
    2. Partial Refund: Receive a partial refund (exact amount to be determined based on activity type and timing).

No-Show Policy:

  • No refunds or rescheduling options will be offered for guests who fail to show up without prior notice.

Changes and Modifications

  1. Customer-Initiated Changes: Requests to modify bookings (e.g., change of date or time) must be made at least 24 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes are subject to availability.
  2. Provider-Initiated Changes: In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns), Koh Samui Experiences reserves the right to:
    • Reschedule the activity.
    • Offer an alternative activity of equal value.
    • Provide a full refund if neither option is acceptable.

Participation Requirements

  1. Age Restrictions: Some activities may have age restrictions. Please review the activity details before booking.
  2. Health and Safety: Participants must ensure they are in suitable health to partake in activities. Any medical conditions or special requirements should be disclosed at the time of booking.
  3. Waiver Forms: Certain activities may require participants to sign a waiver or liability release form before starting.

Liability and Responsibility

  1. Customer Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the activity. Koh Samui Experiences will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items.
  2. Provider Liability: While we prioritize your safety and satisfaction, Koh Samui Experiences is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Code of Conduct

  1. Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and other participants. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the activity without a refund.
  2. Alcohol and Drugs: Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of service without a refund.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from bookings or participation in activities will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
