Our meeting will take place at the reception of your hotel or at your villa, anytime between 7:30 and 8:30, based on where you are staying. You will be picked up by our driver in an air-conditioned minivan. Then, we’ll proceed to the pier located in the northern part of Koh Samui, which is the departure point for the Angthong Marine Park tour.
As you arrive at the pier where you can enjoy a light breakfast snack and coffee, tea or water.
Hop on the speedboat and head west for our Angthong Marine Park tour. The boat has a large sun shade so you can enjoy the views in the shade. You can also choose to sit up front in the sun if you want. The trip to Angthong Marine Park takes around 1 hour.
We reach Koh Wau for a snorkeling adventure (including mask & snorkel). Explore the vibrant fish on the reef. Not interested in snorkeling? Visit the beach, unwind, and take in the surroundings.
After a short trek on Koh Wau, we reached the Emerald Lake (Thalay Nai), a saltwater lake surrounded by limestone cliffs. It's the highlight of the tour with its striking green color. If you prefer not to hike, you can relax on the beach, go snorkeling, or kayak through the island's mangroves (all included in the cost).
Return to the boat and take a speedboat to reach Koh Wua Ta Lap, also known as Sleeping Cow Island. From there, we can visit a viewpoint with stunning panoramic views of 42 surrounding islands. After a delightful Thai-style buffet lunch on the beach, the adventure continues with options to snorkel, swim, kayak, or relax.
Depart at 15:00 by speedboat back to Koh Samui, approximately a one-hour ride. Enjoy the views and keep an eye out for whales and dolphins.
Once we arrive back at the pier in the north of Koh Samui, our air-conditioned minivans will be ready to take you back to your hotel or villa. The Angthong Marine Park tour ends here, and you should be back home no later than 17:00.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, swimming suit, towel, camera, and sunglasses.
While on the Angthong Marine Park tour, a delightful Thai-style buffet will be served for lunch. The menu includes a variety of (halal) options, such as curry, Pad Thai, stir-fried chicken and eggs, and dessert. The food served is halal. If you have any specific food allergies, please inform us before booking the tour.
The breakfast is not extensive, so it's a good idea to have a decent breakfast at your hotel or villa before the pickup. At the pier, you will find coffee, tea, water, and a small selection of snacks to start your day.
The viewpoint at Angthong Marine Park requires a uphill climb. The steep path may be difficult for young children and elderly individuals, so it's important to wear appropriate footwear and use the available ropes for support. The ascent takes roughly 15 minutes, but the breathtaking views from the summit make the effort completely worthwhile!
Koh Samui is a tropical island, so the weather can be unpredictable. Rest assured that our captains are experienced and, unless sea conditions are unsuitable, the tour will take place daily. If the tour is postponed, we will arrange it for the next available date.
